How we do it
IMAGE CAPTURE:
Our image capture process begins with the latest technology from Canon, Kodak, and BetterLight. We scan slides, and transparencies and negatives of all sizes. Original work can be captured with traditional photography or with digital capture in our studio or in yours.
PROOFING:
We provide image proofing and enhancement with Adobe PhotoShop. We create test strips that are part of the color matching process of a color managed workflow. We ask for your approval before we produce full-size proofs that accurately match the original.
PRINTING:
We use high-end wide format printers from Canon, Epson, and Hewlett Packard. These printers use archival ink systems that display superior color quality and permanence and that are profiled to specific .icc standards.
We print using products by Arches, Crane, Epson, Hahnemuhle, Innova, Legion, Somerset, and others. We are happy to suggest products that will most accurately and beautifully present your work.
PACKAGING/SHIPPING:
All prints and original artwork will be carefully packaged in professional mailing systems designed to protect your work.
